A walk through the Bazaar product portfolio — what sits in each category, which partner produces it, and how buyers usually combine them.
Buyers usually meet our portfolio one category at a time, which makes it hard to see the shape of the whole thing. This is the overview: nine categories, eighteen manufacturing partners and more than a thousand active SKUs, all contractable through a single exporter.
Food
Bakery and pastry. Asi produces kunefe, baklava, burma and hasir kadayif, katmer, borek and filo pastry in retail and foodservice formats, including frozen lines.
Confectionery. Pakel covers chocolate coated wafers, cornets, dragees and jellies. Oyal Chocolate produces surprise egg and novelty confectionery. Dippo produces chocolate cornet wafers and multipacks. Tibtop makes educational lollipops and candy, and Daddy Candy produces hard candy and lollipops.
Breakfast and preserves. Olea Familya supplies table olives, stuffed olives and olive paste; Olivarm supplies Ayvalik extra virgin olive oil; Balarisi supplies flower, pine and chestnut honey; Akturk supplies halva, tahini, grape molasses and jam. Yoruk Ana produces tarhana, cheese stuffed peppers, roasted vegetables and pickles.
Sauces and pastes. Rekolte produces tomato paste and sweet and hot pepper paste in glass, PET and tin, alongside sauces and preserved vegetables.
Grains and pulses. Dincer supplies rice, bulgur, lentils, chickpeas and beans in retail and bulk export packaging.
Beverages. Kayla Gurme produces fruit juices, frozen juice concentrates, mulberry and pomegranate juice and herbal teas.
Better-for-you snacks. Glutensiz Fabrika produces gluten free buckwheat puffs, rice puffs and lentil chips. Vegeat's produces chickpea and lentil chips in a range of savoury flavours.
Home and personal care
Stepy produces cleaning sets, mop systems and household cleaning tools. Ses Kimya produces shampoo, hair care and personal care lines under the Sally and Elvons brands.
Private label
Most of the manufacturers above accept private label production. Bazaar coordinates the shortlisting, sampling, artwork approval and production schedule, then handles export documentation and loading as with any other order.
How buyers combine them
A typical first container mixes a confectionery line for turnover, a breakfast or preserves line for margin, and grains or household items to fill weight. Because everything is contracted through one exporter, that mix travels on one invoice with one document set.
