Quality & Certificates

Risk removed before the container leaves

For an international buyer, quality is a paperwork question as much as a product question. This page sets out how we source, what documentation travels with each shipment and where we meet buyers in person.

Quality Standards

How we protect the shipment

Quality control starts at the factory gate and ends when the container doors close. Every step below is part of the standard process, not an optional extra.

  • 01

    Selected Manufacturers

We work only with producers whose facilities, processes and certification we have reviewed, and with whom we hold a long-term supply relationship.

  • 02

    Batch Level Analysis

Certificates of analysis are supplied at batch level by the producing facility and travel with the shipment file.

  • 03

    Shelf Life on Arrival

Production dates are planned around transit time so that the agreed minimum remaining shelf life is met when the goods land, not when they leave.

  • 04

    Export Packaging Control

Case strength, palletisation and shrink wrapping are specified for sea freight, with ISPM 15 compliant wooden pallets where required.

  • 05

    Label Verification

Ingredient declarations, allergen statements, nutrition tables and importer details are checked against destination market rules before the print run.

  • 06

    Loading Supervision

Our warehouse team supervises stuffing, separates food from household chemical lines where required, and records the loading.

  • 03

    Health & Sanitary Certificate

Issued by the competent Turkish authority for food consignments, matched to the destination market's requirements.

  • 04
